01 — Embroidery
Decoration
Commercial embroidery on apparel, headwear, and bags. Digitizing is done in-house, so a logo is corrected at the stitch file — not patched on the production floor.

Sourcing & Import
Direct factory relationships in Vietnam and the surrounding region, with freight and clearance managed on our side through a licensed customs broker. You get landed cost, not an FOB number with surprises attached.

Quotes are built to the delivered, decorated unit — duty, freight, delivery, and stitch count included. The number you approve is the number you pay.
Compliance Settled Early
Country-of-origin marking, FTC labeling, and duty exposure are worked out with the factory and our broker before the container loads — not after the entry gets flagged.

How a program runs.
- 01 Scope Garment, quantity, decoration, delivery window, and target landed cost. We tell you in the first conversation whether the number is achievable.
- 02 Source We match the spec to a vetted factory, confirm capacity against your calendar, and quote to a delivered unit cost.
- 03 Sample Pre-production sample with the actual fabric, trim, and decoration. Nothing enters bulk until it is signed off in writing.
- 04 Produce Bulk production with in-line inspection and a pre-shipment check against the approved sample.
- 05 Clear Our licensed customs broker files the entry and clears the shipment. We manage the broker, the documents, and the calendar — so you are not chasing three parties for a container status.
- 06 Decorate & Ship Goods land, get decorated in-house, and ship to your DC, your stores, or direct to the end customer.
