Capabilities

What we actually run.

Two service lines, built to work together. Buy them separately if that is what you need — most clients end up using both because the seam between them is where cost and time leak out.

01 — Decoration

Embroidery

Commercial embroidery for corporate programs, teamwear, uniforms, headwear, and retail private label. Digitizing is in-house, which is the part that matters: when a mark reproduces badly, we fix the stitch file rather than asking you to accept it.

Repeat programs are run off a stored, approved stitch file with locked thread codes and placement specs. Reorder number one and reorder number forty come off the machine identically.

Placements Left chest, right chest, full back, yoke, sleeve, cuff, cap front, cap side, cap back, bag panel
Techniques Flat embroidery, 3D puff, applique, tackle twill, chenille, patch production and application
Artwork In-house digitizing, vector cleanup, thread matching, stitch-file archive, sew-out proofs
Finishing Woven and printed labels, hangtags, polybagging, folding, individual naming and roster work
Substrates Knits, wovens, fleece, performance and moisture-wicking, outerwear, headwear, bags
Run Size Program-dependent; built for repeat runs rather than one-off single pieces
02 — Supply

Textile Importing

Direct sourcing of fabric, trim, blanks, and finished garments from vetted factories in Vietnam and the surrounding region. We hold the factory relationship and manage clearance through a licensed customs broker, which means one party is answerable for both the quality and the delivery date.

The commercial point: buying direct removes the domestic distributor margin from your cost stack. On a committed, forecastable program that difference is material — and it is durable, because it comes from the structure of the supply chain rather than from a negotiated discount.

Product Finished apparel, cut-and-sew private label, blanks, headwear, bags, fabric and trim
Origin Vietnam primary; broader Southeast Asia as the program requires
Development Specification development and sample approval, from first concept through to a signed-off pre-production sample
Compliance Country-of-origin marking and FTC care and content labeling specified at the tech pack; classification and entry filing handled by our licensed customs broker
Logistics Freight, inland transport, and delivery coordinated from the factory through to your location
Quality Factory vetting, and inspection through production against the approved sample before anything ships
Risk

Compliance is not a checkbox at the end of the process.

Classification

Classification is confirmed with our broker during development, not at the port. Fiber content and construction drive the duty rate, so the spec is a cost decision — and we price it in before you commit.

Marking & Labeling

Country-of-origin marking and FTC care, content, and RN labeling are specified in the tech pack and verified at pre-shipment inspection. Relabeling a container after arrival is avoidable, and expensive.

Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and supporting origin documentation are assembled and checked before the vessel sails, then handed to our broker complete. Clean paperwork is what keeps a container moving.

Terms of Engagement

How we prefer to work.

  1. 01 Programs, Not Spot Buys Our economics come from committed, repeating volume. A forecast — even an imperfect one — buys you better pricing and better capacity than a series of unrelated orders.
  2. 02 Written Approvals Samples, stitch files, labels, and packaging are approved in writing before bulk. It slows the front end by days and saves weeks at the back end.
  3. 03 Honest Calendars Overseas production plus ocean freight plus decoration is a real lead time. We quote the date we can hold, and we tell you early if it moves.
  4. 04 Landed Cost Transparency Product, freight, duty, delivery, and decoration are quoted as a delivered unit cost. No line item appears after the fact.
Fit

These capabilities only pay off on committed volume.

Direct sourcing rewards programs that repeat and punishes everything else. Where the line sits, and how an engagement starts, is set out in our approach.
